For most of our graduate programs, submit your application in one of three ways:

1. Apply online.
2. Download the application form and mail your application to the appropriate office.
3. Request that an application be mailed to you , fill it out, and mail your application to the appropriate office.

Directions

1. Find your graduate program of interest.
2. Choose Apply Online or Print Application.
3. For the correct mailing address or to contact the Admission Office, click Admission Office.
4. For more information, click on the graduate program name to view or download a brochure.
5. International Students: Please remember to download, print, and submit a Certification of Finances form. Forms are located under each school/college heading.
